Today, I brought lip and riser work.

For those who don't know the riser, I'll give you a simple explanation. 


It effectively puts the wind blown by the performer into the tube and 

vibrates the tube as desired by the player to create an echo.

Also, to explain the riser, the riser has a different sound depending on its shape and material.

In the case of curves, it has a soft and elegant sound,

 and the closer you are to a straight square, the louder the sound.



The lip plate is the place where the performer's breathing meets for the first time.

 The color and expressability of the sound vary depending on the angle

 at which the performer meets the chin and the form in which the wind meets.

It's that important work, and we're putting our heart and 

soul into it because Director Song does manual work.

I posted a video of the related work. 


Songheads use their own alloyed silver lip plates and gold uses 14k lip plates. 

The riser mainly uses a 995 riser alloyed with platinum. Gold uses 14,18,20k platinium 950.
